People ask me all the time what types of problems do you work with in Hypnosis? Do you do smoking sensation, weight loss, fear of public speaking.
First, I tell them I don't really work with problems. I work with solutions. I help you identify solutions that are no longer working, i.e. behaviors that you want to stop doing and focus on what you want more of in your life. Like being happier and doing things that bring you joy. Having time for your art and for travel.
​Why I went from a long career as a psychotherapist to providing hypnosis is simple. If you want to make
change faster, with more ease and less effort hypnosis is the way to go. It's worth every dollar you invest.

In my many years of working with Addiction I have never met an addict with a drug, alcohol or food problem. I have worked with hundreds of addicts who have a solution that is no longer working.
It is said that addicts have an above average intelligence coupled with a highly sensitive nervous system.
This is especially true of Artists.
We are incredibly hard on ourselves.
